Your privacy, plainly explained.
What we collect when you contact us, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by Quokka (“we”, “us”), a care and wellness company for people and their pets. For anything about your personal data, write to us at quokkapharmaceuticals@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us through the contact form:
- your name and phone number
- your email address and company name, if you add them
- the type of enquiry and your message
We don’t ask for payment details, government IDs or passwords, and there are no user accounts on this site.
Why we use it
We use the details you send only to read and reply to your enquiry, including business, distribution and partnership requests, and to keep a record of our conversation. We process it on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, its servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
- FormSubmit passes contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores the enquiry emails we receive.
Some of these providers may process data outside India.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and for our normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, raise a grievance with us, and nominate someone to act for you. To do any of these, email quokkapharmaceuticals@gmail.com. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for adults. Please don’t send us personal data about a child.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date below.
